In Vermont, we will soon be sharing our Caledonia elderberry cordial at liquor stores, our retail shop at Caledonia Spirits & Winery, and farmers markets.

Our black currant honey wine/mead is available at stores in Vermont and Massachusetts, and our retail shop at Caledonia Spirits & Winery. This mead is crafted from pure raw Northern honey and Vermont organic black currants; we call it a Vermont red wine with spirit.

Our blueberry honey wine/mead is an off-dry honey wine, with a vibrant honey character. We use 3/4 of of a pound of organic Maine blueberries per bottle and only use pure raw northern honey for fermentation. The wine is fermented dry and aged in stainless steel for a year. Just before bottling, we add a small touch of honey for roundness. The result is a smooth mead, ready to drink and enjoy.
