Distillery BuildingOur distillery on the banks of the Lamoille River in Hardwick is complete, and the custom designed stills and tanks have moved in. Our distillery and winery are open Monday - Friday, 9 - 5 pm and Saturdays by appointment (or during one of our open houses -- see the event listing to the right).

StillOur new Barr Hill gin has received Federal approval for the formula and the label. It is made with organic juniper berries and raw honey.

Elderberry UmbrelIn Vermont, we will soon be sharing our Caledonia elderberry cordial at liquor stores, our retail shop at Caledonia Spirits & Winery, and farmers markets.

Black Current Mead LabelOur black currant honey wine/mead is available at stores in Vermont and Massachusetts, and our retail shop at Caledonia Spirits & Winery. This mead is crafted from pure raw Northern honey and Vermont organic black currants; we call it a Vermont red wine with spirit.

Blueberry Mead LabelOur blueberry honey wine/mead is an off-dry honey wine, with a vibrant honey character. We use 3/4 of of a pound of organic Maine blueberries per bottle and only use pure raw northern honey for fermentation. The wine is fermented dry and aged in stainless steel for a year. Just before bottling, we add a small touch of honey for roundness. The result is a smooth mead, ready to drink and enjoy.
